    I swim every other day as I have a pace maker. The make my work outs fun and help keep me fit at 73.

    Size M 8 fin

    These seem to fit the bill- foot! Good training fin. My foot is size 8.5. The fin says 7-8 M. They are a little snug to get on, but once in the heel they fit well. No chafing or rubbing as not too loose. If only I could zwim that fast w/o a fin!
