Terrible experience! I ordered few items, 2 tops in size small and bottom in size medium. I normally wear XS on top and Small on bottom. When I received the order, all items were to small and they had elastics that cut through my skin and are very uncomfortable. I returned all three items and explained to customer representative that these items are not done according to the size measurements listed on their website. I checked size measurements from their website and even ordered large size than necessary, but the items were still uncomfortable. Satva will not refund for two items that were sale items. This is a nightmare, I cannot beleive this level of customer service! It seems that keeping this money from them is more important than having good reputation. There was no chance to try the items on since this is an online purhcase. Their return policy hurts customers and it seems like this is a not credible company who doesn't care about custmoers. This is a very stressful experience, and I do not recommend to buy their clothing.
