Our granddaughters size is 13 to 1 this sock fits her foot for this summer, but she will outgrow it quickly. I would suggest that they have no seam on the back of the heel and ankle. She will be using this in her swim fins . We will see if the scene on the back of the foot causes her an abrasion. Overall, I like the quality and shape of the sock.
