If you have foot problems like arthritis, you might like these hydro shoes better than the flat kind that have no support. I wear these for water aerobics and they have helped with forefoot pain, they lessen the impact. Very lightweight, drain and dry quickly, fit well. I wear size 9 W and the 9 M was fine. Worth the money to me.
