It's not outside triathlon season here yet, so I have only tested out this top in a sweaty spin class and running on a treadmill. Top is quite comfortable, especially around the shoulders, both before workout and on bike and while running. Internal support bra was enough support for me, 34A. I'm 5'5" 123 lbs. or so and chest measurement is around 33. I probably should have gotten the X-small to do a real triathlon in, so that it's more snug for the swimming. At minimum, it's a great workout top for biking and running. Dries quickly. I'll buy Orca again.

I love the fit of this top and I love that I forget I'm wearing it when training, just wish it was slightly longer. When I run in it, sometimes it rides up a little bit, exposing just a half inch of my mid section. I am 5"10, but my torso isn't longer than normal.
