Since I have tree trunk legs the jammer style and mid leg styles don't fit correctly. I like these. The material feels more heavy duty than most of the other swim trunks I have tried. One thing I like, is how they are sewn together. Without exception, all the other trunks I have tried have a seam from the belly button, through the crotch, and up the butt. Again, without exception, when they failed, it was at the seam on the butt, and the stitching failed. This came from sitting in the hot tub, and on the edge of the pool. With these, the seam is on the hip side. It will be interesting to see if they last longer. Only had one pair in stock, but I will get more. One other thing I like is the draw string is bigger and wider than any of the others. They also print the brand name on the string. The white on black makes it easy to tell the tails from the loops so I haven't pulled the wrong one when untying them, and made a knot. Hate it when that happens...
