Have used this on a couple of long bricks rides / runs. It is solid and the pad is comfortable. The stitching on the front shoulders is a little uncomfortable- minor chafing. Not sure I will like that his swimming, but great for bike and run. No pockets which is ok for me, but some people may prefer some storage. Overall it’s a good suit. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shoulder stitching.
