Wanted to love these as I often wear the flip flops but the arch support was very high and I have high arches. Also made top of my feet sweaty and that was a deal breaker for me.

I bought these to help with my plantar Fasciitis. They support and help with the foot pain when I walk. I own these and the flip flop version. The slides are a bit wider feeling than the flip flops.

This was recommended by another person with plantar fasciitis. It has helped mine SO much! I contacted the company before purchasing because I have a high instep and wide feet to determine which size to get. Normally I wear 9-9.5, so they recommended getting the 10. Still tight across my instep but so long as I don't force my foot in all the way, they work great. I love the rolling action of the sole. Highly recommend this product!
