    A HUGE dissappointment, size six was really 16, Ads said free shipping & wasn't

    Never arrived

    My order was placed on May 29. I would love to review my purchase, but have yet to receive the order. It is impossible to communicate with a human at your company. I understand the problems with covid-19, but your shipping department has had ample time to get my purchase to me. My purchase has been stuck in the Los Angeles area for two weeks.
