For reference, I don't have any experience with Andy bottoms in the past. My only other Jolyn bottoms are Zoe size L, which I do not wear currently because I find the Zoe style to be too cheeky for me!
I chose size XL thanks to the other reviewer. I think size XL fits well at my current size, but if I followed Jolyn's size chart for these Andy print bikini bottoms, I should've been a size S or size M! My hips measure 37" and my waist is 29.5" So, I would say completely disregard the size chart for these bad boys. I normally wear like a US size Medium, but Jolyn sizes are not "vanity sizes."
Comparing to Zoe size L, I would say these Andy bikini bottoms are one size smaller than they should be. At least! Maybe more like 1.5 sizes smaller than your regular Joyln size?? Idk.
I do love them, but they're small.

Be aware these Andy Bottoms run extremely small. I currently wear xs in almost everything but had to size up to a med.
