      Good workout in the water

      I really look forward to using these weight bells in my water walking class. Incorporating weight training utilize upper body workout. They are comfortable to hold onto and are well made. I highly recommend these weight bells.

      Not enough resistance, and I'm an olde lady. I'll keep using my foam bells. Way more resistance to build strength than these pricey buggers.
