The velcro does not stay attached when in the water. My previous cuffs had buckels. Miss them!

I would like some with a strap around the bottom of the foot. These work up the calf of my leg. I can’t get them tight enough.

The mini cuffs are very useful, especially when traveling, and they provide nearly as much resistance and flotation as the larger cuffs. I have bought Hydro-Fit cuffs in the past, and they last for many years.
