I was so excited to receive this player. My excitement quickly turned into frustration. I was never able to get it to fully connect and be recognized by either of my Windows PCs. I tried all the on-line support suggestions, which was very sparse. I also connected with H20 Audio three times and received little more than just repetition of the minimal on-line suggestions. After investing more than three hours of my time and giving the support from H2O Audio three tries, I gave up and returned this item. The on-line help was Apple focused, so maybe Apple users will have better luck.
