Good commercial block

This works just fine for restorative (chest openers) and it's fine for hand if you're using it in warrior or other poses like that. It's not the best. Cork is more stable and there are even foam ones more stable than this. But it's cheap and it works just fine. Also it's very light so you can put in a suitcase.
