Fox 40 Pearl Lifeguard Whistle with Flex Coil

This is a whistle with handy wrist holder I ordered these as a gift for swim coaches, our team color is blue so the pictured whistles would have been ideal. I planned to add their names in vinyl letters to the sides. When my package arrived, I immediately called customer service because the color was wrong and I did not have much time to fix this before the end of year celebration. The customer service rep was not helpful or friendly. I admit, I mistakenly ordered black instead of blue after I spent a few hours searching for the *just right* color and price. Swim Outlet does not do exchanges, and I would have to pay shipping on a return. I guess this is why people prefer Amazon and other big online shops. I probably won't order from Swim Outlet again because of the inconvenience and unfriendly service.
