These fins provide a good leg workout if you push hard, but still are comfortable to let trail behind you. Same as other reviews - size up. I'm an 11 and the 11-13 fits fine.

I've was an aquatic director for 46 years and have purchased hundreds of pairs of short fins for the swim team and lap swimmers. I've used "zoomers " personally for the last 10 years, these things (edge) have exposed my kicking flaws and is fixing them. My body/hips/legs hate them but they are a good training aid for this old man
