The fit is comfortable but the sound quality is poor. I've got the volume on max and I miss portions or the audiobook I'm listening too because I can't hear over the sound of my own exhaling.

I have had the same set for at least 4 years have swam hundreds of miles with it and still working strong no problem at all with the function or integrity of device or wiring- my only problem is that I lost the USB charger recently and its a unique charge cable - unfortunately doesn't look like you can buy just the charge connector from swim outlet.

This item works well. This is my third one. They last about 1.5 to 2 years or so, until the cord that connects the two speakers becomes brittle and cracks (and then the wires go). This is from regular use over that time period, and i dont expect the player to last forever with exposure to the pool water.
This sounds it good with ear plugs in since this reduces the noise from swimming.
