    Calming - Helps my toddlers

    I put this in the diffuser for my girls about an hour before bed time to help get them calmed down for bed. I think it helps.

    I was looking for a relaxing mix-- and this is one of the best. I use it in diffuser, add to my shower gel, during massage a nd during yoga.
