The suit is soooooooo amazing. I followed the size chart for my size and it said for me to get a 24 but when i got the suit the size on the box said a 22. I would get a a size smaller because arena streach a little more than others.

My daughter is 5’5 115 lbs. she normally wears a 28 practice suit and I got her a 24 in this suit. I probably could have gone a 22 but I wanted her to wear it through summer season. She preferred this suit over the glide and LZR Vapor even when she swam mid and long distance events. She wore it even with sessions lasting 6 hours and her shoulders didn’t hurt. It took about 20mins to put on the first time and 10mins after the first wear. She loved the double bonded hips and legs. She felt it kept her better streamlined when she swam. It has stretched a little after the first meet but still offers good compression.
