My daughter has one, and my wife takes my son's since he dropped swimming for band. I was freezing at the last winter meet while those two were warm and cozy so when this went on sale in a size for my outta shape self, I figured I might as well be warm too. I haven't battle tested it yet as we live in Florida and wearing it during the summer would give me heat stroke, but it looks solid and should help a lot.
