The suit itself is amazing. It has an incredible durability, lasting me 2 seasons and going. It has an amazing grip, tight but still flexible. The effort and time to put it on is not bad at all, taking around 10 minutes, tops. The suit performs well, flexible and fast. A few things to note however are a) the first time putting it on requires significantly more time, and b) for the first few times, is quite stiff. After a few wears, the suit is more flexible, and this is when the suit is at it’️s peak. Overall, the suit is great for breaststrokers, but still can perform at a high level in events like the IM or freestyle.

This suit is great for the breaststroke. My son dropped over 3 seconds in the 100 breaststroke and in the 200 IM. The size chart is true with a nice tight fit.
