Arena Elite Finger Paddle

Like them so much I wanted another pair. I have 2 swim bags..one for the indoor pool and one for the outdoor pool. I made my own comfortable design for my fingers. It took 6 tries to figure my comfort on my first pair. I immediately threaded my new pair the same way. Attached is a photo.

"pinkie & ring" fingers in outside loop / middle finger in center / "pointer & thumb" inside loop.

I am 70 and still swim laps. I purchase the smalls because I am of small build and can get vertigo easily. This size and threading allows a good water pull for my arms and shoulders while gently protecting my neck.

I was completely surprised that I liked this product. I have been looking for an exercise paddle for a long time and never found one that was comfortable for my build. I am 70 years old, slightly small build and still swim 3 times a week. I have recently experienced my first sciatica experience. Going through a recovery stage, I REALLY needed a comfortable workout tool. These paddles provide resistance but easy going on my neck area that can easily turn into a vertigo episode. I threaded the paddles AND swam with them three times before I found the “right” position for my hand grip. Mine was totally different from the video tutorial - so experiment with your own threading. The webbing is excellent, yet snug and secure. I would like one in each color!!!
