I plan to wear this skirtini to the beach when I want to switch up from my regular suit. It gives you the freedom of a bikini bottom without the exposure. Love the deep blue color and the inside bottom. I could have used a size smaller but I like it enough to keep as it does not flair out too much. I would say it runs true to size and reflects the picture.
