Excellent shirt. Whether you're going for a run or just throwing on a shirt for a day out, it fits the bill. It is designed to fit a little tight, so it will accentuate the good points of your build. Size M fits beautifully and feels really soft. Love the zip-up neck and long sleeves, ideal for runs at this springtime of year where it can still be quite cold till you get going, then just undo the zip mid-run for a bit of cooling. Dries quickly and doesn't smell sweaty like some artificial fabrics do. For laundering, it can go in the tumble dryer though TBH, an hour hanging up is enough to dry it. Planning to buy more, if more colors are available!
