These fit true to size for normal shirts. They are not skin tight like many of the others. I just ordered three more as the first one I tried was great!

I am glad I took a chance on this shirt before vacation. It fits true to size. I usually wear a medium shirt and after reading description and reviews I tried the medium and it fits perfect. I like the thumb hole to get additional coverage on your hand. I have Lupus so I try to buy shirts with sun protection. I also get their long sleeve O'Neil rashgards in large as I don't want a tight fit.
