    Not at all waterproof

    The cap is comfortable but it's doesn't keep water out. It holds the water inside the cap. If you don't mind that feeling, it's fine. I personally prefer to keep the chlorine exposure down to a minimum, so I wear two all-silicone caps. I'll save this cap for lake swimming, where I don't mind getting my head soaked.
