  • 12/2/2019 Great Paddles

5 Review Stars By Nicki P.

I haven't used paddles in over 30 years and I love these paddles. They are perfect and even though this is only my third week wearing them, my stroke count is going down and I am already feeling improvement.
I am 5 ft 8+ inches and bought a large. They fit really well.

  • 11/10/2014 Too small

    4 Review Stars By RedRiver's

I read a review that said If the length from wrist to end of your middle finger measured 7"  the correct paddle size would be XS.  Mine measured 6", so I ordered XXS.  ;These paddles are useable but the next size larger would be ideal.

  • 9/22/2019 Adjustable strap placement

    4 Review Stars By Bob

Oversized paddles with multiple strap placement options. Good quality product and I have two sizes.  The larger size puts more stress on the rotator cuff and caused soreness on longer swims.  I prefer the old traditional rectangular pull paddles or the zoomer fulcrum , which is not available anymore.

  • 1/24/2014 Good, but a bit flimsy

4 Review Stars By James C.

I do about 400 yards of pull during my daily workouts and was looking for something to put more resistance on my arms, and these certainly do. They're fantastic. I chose these paddles because of the extra resistance due to size, but the issue is I don't have extra large hands. When I pull you can feel a bend in the paddle on the sides where my hands don't reach. It's not a problem at all, but if you don't have hands that fit these be aware that you will feel a bend.

I think it is too big. I thought I was getting a medium. I am an adult male. And I am new to this.

  • 2/26/2015 Great paddles.

4 Review Stars By New swimmer

I have never used a different kind of paddle to compare these to. But after watching some online videos from different companies I decided to go with these. They seem to be the most common.

Excellent pulling paddles. Good for building strength and stroke technique work; don't use wrist tube, only fingers.

  • 7/28/2015 love the paddles - but make sure of sizing

    5 Review Stars By linzypinzy

I have used these paddles in my swimming class.  I ordered them because I liked them so much.  However I ordered a size larger than I used  in class because I could not remember which size.  They still work great, but because I have a wonky and sometimes aggravated shoulder I need a smaller size so not to create too much stress on it.
