I have used my new backpack a couple of times. The 45L is a good size for carrying towels, clothes, shoes, & toiletries to the gym. It is good quality & I am happy to be carrying a backpack for my walk to the gym vs. a shoulder bag. Thank you.

My daughter is on her high school swim team. Almost everyone has a swim bag. This is only her 2nd year in swimming but she's loving every minute. I surprised her with this personalized bag and she loves it! Nothing like supporting your kids and seeing their face light up when they can see the acknowledgement of their hard work! Very roomy with several compartments

Its a great bag and have no negative things ot say about it. It held my wet suit, cycling shoes, goggles, change of clothes, towel, water and snacks. It has a few pockets that are nice to seperate soemehtings. If you would like a bag that has more than one water bottle holder than this bag isnt for you since it only has one. The inside of the bag is plenty big to throw in a few bottles and did not bother me.
