This has become my go to for swimming shampoo. It does a good job of getting the chlorine out of my hair. I swim three times a week with a cap. I shower first and put the cap on before I get under the water to minimize exposure. I do however have a short beard and this works just as well on that. I follow with a good conditioner and you would never know how much I swim.
I also like that it is more of a gel than a liquid and is easier for me to control.
I buy the big bottle to refill this bottle. I found that you can pop the top off of this bottle and also pop the flipup cap off the big bottle and then jam the big bottle down on to the little bottle and refill it. I used to try and hold it and hit the little hole but that takes way to much time and is very slow to boot.

I think triswim products are great. I use them because I swim regularly for exercise and my kids do summer swim team. But, by accident, I discovered that this shampoo is great for dandruff hair. My 17-year-old was having a dandruff issue and this shampoo has gotten rid of the dandruff and makes his hair and scalp so soft. I love it for me because it reduces chlorine build up just like it promises. The smell is pleasant and I think this product is a great value.
