I am surprised that you advertise that this is a best seller. I first ordered a size 14 and then returned it for a size 16 and in both cases the waist is extremely small. I measured the waist in the size 16 and it is 27 inches. That is the fit for a size 8. I am tired of returning this. I asked for a refund and afraid to buy anymore.

I thought this was a bathing suit bottom with a skirt attached. Like a tankini bottom. Like all my tankini bottoms. Like any other swim skirt I have bought. No. It's just a skirt. I have no idea what the purpose of a swim skirt with nothing attached to it could possibly be. It's literally just a skirt

It was a little below my expectation, not the fit, but the material. Don't think it is as good a quality material as I hoped.
