Thera-Band Hand Bars Water Weights - Heavy

They are heavier than my previous weights, which was my goal. They're great.

I was looking for "heavy" hand buoys, and these fit the bill. My biggest problem was comparing buoys across brands without a standard descriptions buoyancy and drag in the water.

I’ve been doing water aerobics for years and these water weights are great for increasing resistance and adding some new moves to your workout. They are very durable and will last for years. I would still be using my original 10+ year old set, but regrettably they were misplaced.

Good quality Thought there would be more resistance
