My leg muscles and my knees were so bad I couldn't walk downstairs. I had been doing aquasize for about a month, and felt some small progress. I've been using the ankle weights for about a month and a half. I now feel the muscles in my legs burning and working, I love how much they have helped the muscle progression in my legs. I would recommend these weights to anyone wanting to strengthen their legs including bad knees. I wish they made water wrist weights.

it is useful to put inside clothes when I go to the swimming pool in middle of too many things I need to carry . Better with something to grab it.

My daughter was given this product as a gift. However with the purchase of googles. The googles she selected 2 of the 4 pairs leaked on the first dive. WE EXCHANGED THEM and was CHARGED for the free gift. I guess another way to screw the customer. Make sure you return them even when exchanging.
