Bought for my ex-husband who has Parkinson's and he swims every morning, and he loves them.

They seem to work pretty well now that I have realized that the finger loop needs to be fed through the small holes, not the big ones. They do a pretty good job of making sure hand position is correct.

different than the usual product. the holes are bigger, so my fixation tubes are much more lose and actually come lose every single swim. I need to send it back.

Works fine for our collegiate swimmer.

Great product that helps specific swim muscles. If used without the wrist strap, it can also really help your technique (catch, water feel, etc.)
