10/7/2013 Quality Product. What u need?
Product is great if it is what you need. For kid use it is overkill. For use at a competition, too nice and too likely to get stolen. Forget it somewhere for a minute and it won't be there when you return. We will probably get our money's worth out of this eventually but for a "youth", rubber strips or tubing would probably have been better for us.

12/11/2012 Good Buy
The quality of StretchCordz' products is quite good and not really comparable to the "surgical tubing" alternative. However, you wouldn't want to tie it like surgical tubing for special purposes like swim kick reps. For that a cheap tube might work well. We made a mistake by first buying a single-purpose "dedicated" StretchCordz that was NOT a MODULAR system. This set allows you to swap out all components as needed. We will probably deconstruct our other StretchCordz to also make them modular and able to use with these components. We also miscalculated the resistance level we needed. That is not explained well. Yellow is quite tough for our 9 year 3 month old swimmer in 3rd grade even though she's in good shape and works out morning and evenings. We think the Silver resistance level will suit her much better. If they last 18-24 months at least, then I'd consider it reasonable value for money. They are not cheap. But they do have an internal safety cord to minimize injury if the latex ever snaps. The connector is too short. It will connect to a cyclone fence or a thin pole not more than 2" in diameter. For anything larger than that we will need to make our own connector/extension then connect the StretchCordz connector to that one. They waste plenty of strap on the connector so making the loop significantly bigger would NOT cost them more money so hard to understand unless it's to stimulate extender sales. These are probably the Mercedes Benz of resistance cords.

12/29/2015 Great product
Excellent quality, good feel, great accessories. Not much for instructions, only a single 3x5.

4/21/2011 Pretty nice
I haven't had a chance to use these yet, but they are what you order. I travel quite a bit, so it helps to have a way to "swim" without water. I have only two complaints: 1)I wish it was sold with different band strength, rather than different paddles. 2) I wish there was a central way to secure the bands (ie. like 2 leashes on a collar).

5/10/2020 Great upper body workout
Useful for maintaining swim strength. Modular set allows to switch between paddles, handles, leg attachment for lower body work.

3/5/2018 Stretch cord set
Easy to use but could have better directions. It lacks a way to connect to a door.
