*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have a difficult body to find a bathing suit for - 5'3" and 168 lbs and busty. I just wanted a suit to swim laps in and this fits the bill. Yes, it's a little difficult to zip up but I can do it with no help. I am 63 and fairly flexible. Also, it's not very stretchy - I understand that this is desirable for a polo suit - but it does smoosh my breasts down a bit. Allin all, it's fits my short, curvy body well and makes it easy to swim without straps falling, water filling up the body of the suit and me constantly tugging and adjusting. And it looks pretty good! I like it!
