Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Do laps regularly for MS, age 79, wanted something to cover "old lady wasted muscles." Rashguard feels nice. Quality material. I'm 5', 98#, "Small" fits just right, not too tight nor too loose. Was worried it would be difficult to remove when wet but it pulled off easily. Only worn once at this writing but feels as though it will hold up well. Got the Board Shorts to wear with it and used a bra from an old suit.

This swim top has a slight a-line shape, which was just what I wanted. I'm 127 lbs, 36DD and the XL fit very comfortably. The size L also fit, but was a bit tight in the armholes.
