Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The sleeves are long enough to cover the whole back of hand. I like the full zip as it is easy to put on and take off. Usually wear a medium, but checking the measurements ordered a large as I didn't want it too tight. Glad I did as it is still fairly body hugging.
