Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Measure from the center back neck over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm with am relaxed to the wrist.

Kids loved the look and fit of these but must admit they started to pill around the bottom area after 1st or 2nd use. Definitely would show wear quickly if using for swim team when they sit on the concrete at times. However, if careful to ONLY wear while swimming and not drying, might hold up better?
