Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I’ve been a swimmer my whole life, competitive and recreational and have been through many different suits in my training. I love these briefs. They’re comfortable, tight, no drag to them. They’re minimal but still offer enough modesty with the lining in the front. I have every color and they are my go to training suit. I always have two in my swim bag so I’m ready to go!
