Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I got this as my red cap faced to a rosy pink. This between Duke blue and Carolina blue so as an NCSU grad I don't get mistaken for supporting either of those teams. ;)
It has a good snug fit and is easy to get on and off. I use a Finis Tempo trainer and I tuck it under the cap so the trainer is over my ear. It stays in place well. It's also not too tight either so I don't feel like my head is getting crushed.
