Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I am very happy with my purchase. Not only was it affordable, especially with the sale, but it is also very functional and is great for training! I just tie it tight and make sure to double knot it and it never comes off! It has no padding or a slit in it for one so I was a little worried, but it also doesn't really show your nipples either, so that worked out as well. The back is also very pretty and is great for an outdoor training session. Overall very happy with this purchase!
