Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have different sporti suit so not sure if this one is same material. The suit I have has beautiful pattern fits well , but it is soooo thin I am a bit shy in public . I usually wear dolfin chloroban which is a much heavier polyester and I somehow feel less exposed. Considering how naked most women's thong suits are I,m being ridiculous.
