Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I'm a lifeguard and I use the rashguard outside in full sun and it keeps me from getting burnt and in relative comfort.In the water it allows me to swim very well.One thing I'm not pleased with is the screen print that says "Guard".It's starting to crack and that's after onlu 3 weeks of use.

Fits well. Normally order a medium but ordered a size up to a large because didn't want it too tight, and it fits perfectly. Thought it might be hard to get off because the sleeves are tight, but it comes off easily. Nice for sun protection.
