OK, I admit, it took me weeks to bite the bullet and pay $24 for two pool noodles....seemed ridiculous. However, I used the square one for the first time yesterday with my 'easy' noodle workout....wow, what a difference it made. I am thinking that I will need the round one for some of the arm exercises because the square was so hard to keep just under the surface. Actually think that I will enjoy them; hope they last. I took it into the shower with me to wash off the chlorine.

Love the resistance & durability of the square noodle. Replacing only because I gave my other one away. Have the 2 different styles is great as each have different uses.
