Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Many reviews of this suit say that the size runs small, however, I found that for the cheeky bottoms, my normal size would probably be better. I ordered a large and the front portion between my legs had two small folds of extra fabric. I ordered the medium to see if it would fit better; I''m still waiting on that arrival. Otherwise, this suit is adorable and I''m very happy with my purchase.

These were cheeky but not as much as I thought. First impression they still felt somewhat moderate. I love that the front has enough coverage as well. I don't feel like there could be a slip. I bought the size large and it felt true to size. I'm 5'4, 146 lbs. Hips 39.
