Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Love the quality of the fabric. The only challenge is the hook at the back when I need to go to the bathroom which get hooked on something
