Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The swimsuit has a flattering fit and nice style with a colorful floral accent. The straps hook closed in the back for ease of putting on and removing. The lower section and the straps fit perfectly, although the upper section is a bit large around the bust. I chose not to downsize due to the lower section being too tight. Overall, this is a unique and beautiful swimsuit.

Very pretty and comfortable but I dont feel any tummy control and suit did not say it was for long torso. Crotch hangs at least 2 inches below my body but am able to pull up and blouse top and use in my aerobic class. It has nice bra cups but nothing on bottom of cups to keep them in place. Not sure if a small size would solve these issues.
