Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this suit to swim in while I’m at the gym! So I swim for about an hour or more and it feels great on! Id say if you have a petite frame you should be fine wearing this but if you have a big butt and big bust as I do then you’ll have to adjust yourself while swimming! When I’m swimming freestyle sometimes it’ll start to ride up or when I reach out to pull my side boob will slip. But overall I like the suit! Hasn’t worn out yet and I’ve swam about 7 days and hour each in it

Loved this suit, especially after the Olympics excitement. The only problem is that the letters are coming off already after a few short weeks of using it.
