Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These very stretchy swim leggings measure a 30" inseam which then stretches several inches more when put on. They will be awesome sun protection for my legs + ankles, all the way into my snorkeling fins.
