Thank you for your feedback. Just for future reference, please note that there is not one size chart for all brands. Each company creates its own size chart so that a size Large or X-Large in one company has different measurements in a different company. So, if a person is used to wearing one size in one company, that does not necessarily mean he/she will be able to fit into that same size from a different company. Splashgear is sorry to learn that the pair of swim bottoms that you purchased was too small, but in the future, in order to get a perfect fit, please be sure to take your actual measurements via a tape measure and then find your measurements in that specific company's own size chart. Thank you for your purchase of Splashgear swimwear.|I did. (I'm a professional seamstress; I always, always, always measure - twice.) The size your chart said would fit, with adequate ease, simply didn't. Mislabeled? possibly. Too tight? definitely.|Thank you for your reply. Considering that other customers at swimoutlet.com and through the Splashgear website have ordered their size according to the size chart, and they were able to fit in their swim bottoms without problem, then it is very possible that the unit you purchased could have been mislabelled during production, and Splashgear sincerely apologizes for that.
